New dp for SoCal: I encountered an error when trying to drain a $200 VGC “card status -> no account # entered.” CSR asked me if I was using a gift card, I said no and she replied that her MG backend has been updated to not accept VGCs. This was a previously burned store so no big deal, but this is the first time I’ve encountered this error with a receipt print-out.
