I realized that you can see it in the video that you linked. It's on the outsides of the concession hall. Basically when you see the new escalators in the middle of the terminal, look to the right side of the screen and you can see glass walls. The up escalators are on the other side of the glass wall (on both sides). I think that you still come up basically in the center of the terminal, but are forced to walk south to get to the non-secure section.
I think we'll end up with Disney snake lines in that 3D idealized space - and once they blow out the current unused check-in space in that area, I think there will be just as much space on the 6th floor as the 5th. You'll just be in a walled space, not the open-air space of the Grand Hall. Keep in mind that the 3D path shows only the west side, so all that will be duplicated on the east side.
I realize that there will be more space, but it's hard to visualize. In the renderings it really doesn't look like that much space for the snake lines. Hopefully they will have TSA Pre lines on both sides that are open most of the time (currently the North TSA Pre isn't open the same hours as the South TSA Pre line).
