This route seems legit to me.
It looks like you are very interested in Tokyo, and hence 7 days there, that is fine, I am sure you can fill the 7 days with plenty of activities.
Other than NRT, you will spend just 3-4 days in all other cities (except CAI 2 days). It's certainly doable, but that's a lot of hopping.
Don't forget you need to pay tax and fees, which amounts to hundreds of dollars.
