I've now run in to this issue twice. I'm G75k and am flying PDX>SJC>LHR. the PDX>SJC legs are on Alaska Metal and have an Alaska Confirmation Code. However, I'm unable to access any Alaska benefits (PC seating, F Upgrades, etc) via the website. Calls and texts to customer service and reservations were able to get me PC seats but they are unable to add me to the F upgrade list for the Alaska operated segments. They also aren't able to apply Gold Guest Upgrade certs. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a work around? Any chance that [MENTION=6040]missydarlin[/MENTION] can help?
