Sorry I can't recall whether the lounge is open for breakfast on Sundays, but I don't think so. Be prepared for credit at the a la carte restaurant instead.

Not to go too OT, but the ES charges a lot because of location. On the plus side, their dedicated evening reception area, and (separate) breakfast room, are a nicer experience than the scrum experience at typical ES atriums.
