Their website, like most Japanese websites, is not exactly intuitive - what I am trying to do is drop some extra bags off at the JAL ABC counter at Haneda Airport, have them ship those bags to Narita, then hold them for a few days until I get to Narita for my outbound flight.
Would this be possible?
We used them in KIX. Based on my somewhat similar experience, I think it would be. Our bags were dropped off at KIX and we had them delivered a few days later to our hotel in Tokyo. Looking at their English language, they do offer airport baggage pick-up so I'd assume they can offer delivery between airports.
