I am not sure which service you are specifically looking at, you mentioned "Hands Free" service and JAL ABC has what called 「手ぶら宅配サービス」which literal translation is "Hand Free Delivery Service" This service is available to passengers departing on JAL flights whch the service include checking bags at NRT and not seeing your bags till destination airport at overseas. I do not think this is what you are looking at, so what you are looking at is regular airport delivery service.

Airport delivery service works as a currier come to your place and pick up your luggage a day before your departure and pick up your luggage at the airport. Typical Takyubin (宅急便) or Takuhai(宅配) in Japan can indicate a delivery date from next day up to 7 days after the shipping, but the airport delivery service by JAL ABC does not work that way, the airport delivery service is picking up next day at the airport. Your situation sounds like you are not picking up your luggage at NRT the next day. My guess is that since you are not picking up your luggage at NRT a day after you sent your luggage from HND, likely you will be charged additional storage fee at NRT which is 520 yen/per day/per typical size suite case. Likely that when shipping from HND you have to indicate that you are not picking up next day at NRT and want your luggage stored at NRT till the date you indicate.

Just did quick look at Yamato Takyubin, because you can specify delivery date on Yamato Takyubin. I don't know if you are arriving at HND on domestic or international. At International Terminal of HND only option is JAL ABC or ANA SKY, no dice. Over at Domestic Terminal 2 basement, convenient store Family Mart is a shipping agent for Yamato Takyubin, but a problem of Yamato Takyubin seems to be at NRT end. Yamato Takyubin does not have designated agent at passenger terminals at NRT. There are two Family Mart convenient stores at a cargo area of NRT which is a designated receiving and shipping agent for Yamato Takyubin but none at passenger terminal area.

My guess is that ship from HND to NRT using JAL ABC and you have to pay additional storage fee at NRT end till the day you will pick up your luggage at NRT.

This is my best guess, I have not actually used JAL ABC service like you are trying to do. I have used JAL ABC service before but sending out at a residential address in Tokyo and picking up at NRT next day at the departure for my flight.
