Hello, I had an issue with the flight the other day and wrote into customer care on my mobile. It suggested that I log in and the form propagated my information.. Good so far.. interesting it shows flights that I had prior and the future along with the recent group of Flights I was taking both outbound and return (I digress because I’ve never seen this before however selected the bullet for the group of flights for my current itinerary)

In the commentary field I noted the issue along with the flight number and the date and all was accepted . In the past when filling out the form from my laptop, the United site would always send a confirmation email within an hour with a long alphanumeric code typically starting with KSM. Did not receive one from the message I sent yesterday via my mobile Curious to know if this is the new normal.

Update:I just resubmitted using the link in the wiki provided for Premier Voice, That’s the form I’m accustomed to, and I received a confirmation email a few moments later.
