Budapest baggage drop or Flight change?
I have a 5 hour layover in BUD coming back from HND via DOH and I have a suitcase that needs checking.

I was very frustrated to discover when coming to Japan that I couldn't check my bag with qatar until 3 hours before the flight which means hanging around in the front of the airport instead of inside.

Two questions: first how early can I check in my bags for the flight from BUD to Heathrow. And does anyone know if I wanted to change to an earlier flight back to london assuming availability what would BA charge? I’m travelling CE.
