I want also to report that the TAs are amazing to book flights.
I wanted to book a KL A fare to fly DL Premium Select on the A350 with the KL codeshare to get UXPs (the same flight doesn't have an AF codeshare), and for what I can tell, they're significantly better trained than the Platinum Service Line.
