I have a PTY-EZE leg on 4/13 that was on the MAX9 but due to the grounding no more. Looks like they have removed them through schedules end if you try to purchase a ticket on Copa.com. Talked to customer service and they will refund your ticket if you had the MAX9 as one of your segments.
I booked a flight that had a segment from SFO-PTY on the MAX9 (flying next month). I called into Copa and they said they aren't able to refund my nonrefundable ticket. How did you manage to get them to refund your ticket?
