For the folks who have stayed there already did you park there? Looks like they share a garage with City Center. Is the $60 valet charge billed to your room (ie is it considered a Hilton Charge) Looks like you could possibly book City Center using SpotHero and one of the discounts they occasionally have and self park cheaper.
