Was just at B side on 13 April 2019 @ 6pm. They did have some nice car selections but we needed an SUV which could not be seen. I also had never seen so many pick up trucks in the Executive Section-ES! I talked with the agent in the lot booth. She said the station was out of SUV’s. She stated she would normally have one brought to me but could not this time. We joked about how normally the ES is full of SUV’s and that normally you cant find a minivan! She then asked if I would like a minivan, and as we have a number of large suitcases, I said sure. She makes a call and a brand new Grand Caravan SXT with all the bells and whistles appears! I thanked her and she thanked me for being so understanding about the SUV situation. Once again, treating people the way you would like your family treated, goes a long way!


A funny note. My high school nephews were really puzzled. They said, “Hey Unc, you always drive luxury cars. What’s up with the minivan?” 😂😂😂
