On your BAEC statement on ba.com it will show the flight details if you go in to "view all transactions" and look something like

LEEDS BRADFORD - LONDON HEATHROW (M/O)BA1341(Booking ref: XXXXXX)
Are you able to copy those details here (obviously redacting the booking ref) just so we can try and work out what is going on?
