I travel to Bangkok fairly frequently as you can see from my prior mini trip reports there
This trip was actually from last year and was really done over a long weekend. I had seen a reasonable price on Cathay for business class return at around $600 so went for it to get my BA tier points.
This would entitle me to using the Cathay Business Class lounge at Changi. However, this meant that I had to make a choice: Do I use Cathay’s designated lounge, or would I use the Priority Pass, or would I use JetQuay [I talk about it detail in my report [url=http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/28338772-post1.html]Jetquay CIP Terminal Review – an unnecessary luxury?].
As I mentioned in earlier report, Cathay had originally used the DNATA lounge in Terminal 1 before it's move to T4. Now they have their own lounge there.
I can make a specific video about that lounge if you guys want.

An acquaintance was also travelling that day so I arranged to meet up with them at the Green Market in Terminal 2. This is a Priority Pass restaurant so I could go in there for free [see my comments about [url=https://globetrekka.wordpress.com/2016/12/11/which-reward-card-do-i-use/]Which Reward Card do I use?] using my Citi Prestige card.
The food here is pretty good so I just rocked up, met my acquaintance and then went back to T4 to enjoy the business class lounge experience provided by Cathay.
