I assume you're aware of Tripdavisor, which has it's flaws but is nonetheless a good source of info, overall ratings and specific reviews.

We're planning our own trip to the Netherlands and Belgium. Haven't been to either of the following places yet, but FWIW they caught my eye:

Not sure if you've been to Brussels before. Personally, I find it kind of boring and that there are a lot of better places to visit in either the Netherlands or Belgium. But YMMV.
