+3 on this. I will usually only burn a SWU for F on the 77W on the LHR-DFW part of my R/T for this very reason. It's about an hour longer than the DFW-LHR, and I'm not sleeping, I'm working. This feature of the F seat is very nice.
Also, I find I don't sleep in the F seat that well. Something about the more confined nature of the J seat suits me better for sleeping. YMMV.
