All of Hilton's customer care and reservations lines have been overwhelmed with volume for months. As a result, calls have been routed to whichever center can answer them first. Over the past couple of weeks things have settled down a bit and calls are being rerouted less. But, yes, the Diamond Desk is very much alive.
And now with the fabulous new user friendly Hilton site, I bet Hilton is getting swamped with calls and annoyed persons, Personally I searched all over the site today for the resort list. I finally gave up and found on this website.
