I clicked submit and a quick dialog box popped up so fast that I couldn't read it. There were not errors on the application. I clicked submit again. The dialog box popped up for a brief moment and I couldn't read it. The submit button was not grayed out so I clicked it again. The same dialog box flashed. I closed the browser. I have no idea if the application was truly submitted...or if I submitted it 3 times.

Should I get an email acknowledgment of my application submittal?
