I would use our actual business name because it is incorporated and Chase can verify everything from public records. If your business is real, continue to use it. If it's just a name that you made up to apply for cards I would abandon it, but others may see it differently.
I do not have an "actual" business name. It is just one that I've used on prior applications. I may abandon it as suggested.
