Unable to travel due to an unforeseen medical emergency (with medical certificate in hand). No pre-existing condition
Been able to cancel the hotel bookings on points without issue. One hotel was pre-paid and so will be filing for that.
The flights I paid using airline points, and charged taxes to my CSP.
I know I'll be able to get the taxes back, but there will be a "points fee" (~5-10k / person) that I have to pay.
QUESTION: would Chase "reimburse" the points that I have to pay?
