You wouldn't happen to be flying CX from Seattle to Hong Kong anytime soon would you? My flights are in January. CX from Seattle to BKK connecting at HKG, and BKK to SEA on JAL.
Unfortunately I really don't know the answer to your question. Plus the APEX suites are a bit different from other seats. Some of the aisle seats have side storage bin. But I lean to "NO" to the CPAP machine. Perhaps someone at the JAL forum will have a better answer.

No to CX... I avoid redeye flights at all costs.
