I noticed an article in the latest Aviation Week that said BA would be modifying its Concordes with Kevlar shields to protect the fuel tanks. In the event of a puncture, the Kevlar would keep the fuel from leaking out.

BA will also be refitting the Concorde interiors with new seats etc. to the tune of $21 million per aircraft so obviously there's confidence in their future.
