Ridiculous policy. What would the do if I do an ex-ARN with a long layover in HEL and check in my luggage at that time? They also save fuel costs by not flying luggage back and forth to ARN.

Removing services to ”encourage” persons to pay more for tickets starting in HEL is not smart. Then I’ll take the cheaper SAS tickets and AY is worse off.

Maybe this is why the upgrades for my family don’t clear, as they punish me for being on an ex-ARN ticket?
