Premium Special vs Luxury - what's the difference?
Hi everyone. Decided to burn some free days when I have to drive around Virginia in June. The rental selections at Dulles show Luxury which I would normally book, but also Premium Special which is 4x the daily price.

What's the difference? It showed an example of a Chrysler 300, but why would this be 4x the rate of a Cadi?
