Re: S&S Strike -- Some folks won't cross any kind of picket line, other folks couldn't care less. Personally, I like to understand each side's position and make a decision on that basis.
Personally, I think the company -- "the last remaining large fully unionized retail grocery employer in New England" -- is making a fair offer. See

Example: Current full- and part-time workers get time-and-a half for working on Sunday. Company wants to limit premium for newly hired part-time workers to $1-2 per hr; current workers would be grandfathered.
