There is usually a sign outside about the no children after 6pm policy so it shouldn't have caught anyone by surprise. Disappointing to hear that things got unpleasant.
I'm here now. Arrived 1830 and no children in the lounge.

It's currently 1945 and I just saw a mother bring her 10-year old daughter into the lounge, they poured themselves a glass of wine each and piled up a plate of food, then headed towards the door, and the staff member held the door open for them as they brought the plates and alcohol out of the lounge!!

Reasonably busy and noisy with people playing videos and taking phone calls on speaker.

Was asked to "sign in" upon entering even though it's key card access

WINE - red white and fizzy ( fizzy way too sweet for me )
Same, except food is spring rolls (labelled BEEF QUESADILLAS) and some sweet potato balls
There was also a mushroom and garlic soup which finished by 1830 and replaced with tomato and sweet chilli
There was a lack of plates all evening (maybe that's why the staff haven't been taking away my empty plate, which I would reuse anyway)
