On one hand it is obvious the seat, any mechanical extension of the seat including table and feetrest are not part of the exit row.
Argurable whether bags should be allowed on the floor in front of the chair - is it obstructing the exit row?
Obstructing the whole exit row at any one point in time is out of the question.
Be my guest, to use the emergency exit, for a Dan Cooper alike exit, before the airplane did come to a full (and hopefully a more or less orderly) stop ON the ground (and as such, did go through a "cabin-cleanup" phase).
