I have been wondering the same thing. Going there from April 12 to April 20 and will see what I find out,

From the pictures it seems that the superior rooms in the non-gallery building are ground floor, and the grand rooms are higher floors. In the gallery building it seems that they are all ground floor, but the grand rooms have a better location (e.g., closer to the ocean).
