My recent experience on 5 segment AA-ticketed itin, 4 of which on AA or LA, 1 on AS: The AA/LA segments credited to AA. Online requests for AS credit for AS segment with submitted BP received no response. Finally called and was initially told I needed to provide proof that the AS segment was not credited to AA (duh). Submitted screenshot. Subsequently told that if any of the segments were credited to AA, AS would not credit the AS segment. I've asked for a review, but don't expect anything (and it's just PDX-LAX). Not a huge deal as I'm reducing my AS flying to bare minimum at this point due to chickensh*t stuff like this in multiple other connections. But this is just so chippy, it has me shaking my head.
