It's quite straightforward if using, say, United Mileage Plus miles. For example, on 22 October (just a random date) there are 200 different options from LON to ADB, starting at 15,000 miles and $48.80, using Star Alliance airlines such as LH, SN, OS, SK and not to mention TK (which are really not too shabby). Must admit I was a bit surprised too.
