There are two different types of condos. Condos at the top, 5th and 6th floors, are independently owned and leased. They are not part of the Park Hyatt operation. I don't think you earn points and not sure if you can charge to room. The Residence Club, which is a separate wing on 2nd to 4th floor, is part of Park Hyatt operation. You can earn points for bookings made via Hyatt and charge to room like regular hotel room.
