For the Escape MSP lounge, definitely not, but AmEx Plat card does.

Moreover, there's a different PP lounge, PGA right across from the Escape lounge although you must use a different elevator/stairs. However, I understand that the area where one accesses the PGA lounges is going to be renovated, so there could be some changes. PP gives a F&B voucher which IIRC is good in a couple other outlets and not just in the PGA lounge.

Before the change, Escape at MSP was mobbed. Now it's very quiet and pleasant. However, it's a little bit hard to imagine where all the excess people came from, who had PP but not a Plat card and either weren't flying DL (from MSP!!!) or were on a DL flight and didn't otherwise have lounge access. There's also a small UA lounge that's very close to Escape and PGA.
