I agree... but I certainly can't complain about the free flights I have booked with the multitude of certificates I have received from broken wifi systems (and often times they worked for like half the flight)..... it's my way of making good of a bad situation. I agree that the inconsistency in wifi functionality is a disaster for UA... especially when I am 100% success rate using it on Delta across 15 flights this year.
