If you’re Gold I’d take the first row. Apart from that all rows almost identical. Too far back and you can lose on meal choices though.

As for First Wing, you and 1 guest can use. Everyone else cannot. However you can all use the Business Check in and Business lounges it all in Club. So you could take 1 into the First if you wish but to be honest you could just all stay together in the Business lounges.
