I agree, I always put the valuables and laptop/tablet in the safe, you also don't want to tempt anyone. If anything goes missing it will be a mess that will ruin your trip and somebody's life. The HGI safe fits a standard laptop. Bali main chain hotels are safe from that perspective I feel, but still.
