No wifi $150 and long apology letter explaining top brass is on the case.
No meal choice $125.

Seems rather typical based on this thread. I've never made such complaints before.

Flew back to ORD on AA and the wifi worked. Less pitch though (F in the AA CRJ-7 vs UA E70), that and the comp makes me feel like I'll stick with UA.
