You would upgrade to PZ. As I understand the rules (no experience yet upgrading from P+ to Polaris), you'd be behind any Gold/Platinum/1K/GS in P+ with any fare class (O/A/R) but ahead of anyone in Economy (Y/B/etc.).

Are you searching the FRA-SFO segment alone when you see PZ0?
