The ticket issued is Hand-bag-only. N.b. TP does not grant *G +1PC on HBO fares, so it really is hand-bag only unless you pay extra.

Revisiting this. At time of booking neither A3 nor TAP site showed any bags. However, the pre-departure e-mail arrived and says bag is included:
I have not yet flown, so this might be premature, but it does look like bag is included despite not being shown in reservation.
