I stay here often - it is a smaller hotel in the old downtown area - sometimes iffy things on the street. However, there are always doormen, and I generally get a breakfast in the restaurant (usually very good). rooms are smaller and I have never gotten a suite that I recall. However, the hotel is generally nice and good customer service.
