Agreed on the point about J. There was simply no award availability in Y on the date I want to travel (Apr 22/23) back to the UK, hence the reason I selected J. I didn't think it was a bad deal considered a one-way saver award in Y on UA would be 8000 miles between ZRH and LON.

You will get fast-track security at ZRH (my home airport!), although there is a trick to getting fast track security even if you are not entitled there (which I won’t reveal!). Just show your J boarding pass to the friendly agent manning the access to fast track security - business class (and a myriad of shiny cards) permits you access. Not that fast track security makes a huge difference at a very efficient airport at the best of times.
There is no fast track provided for departure passport check, but unless you are departing early morning first wave, it is usually very quick.
You actually have 2 Aspire options, but I would use the lounge closest to your departure point. A/B Aspire if leaving from D gates, and Aspire E gates if leaving from the satellite terminal. BA is increasing its use of E gates recently so you are most likely to go from there (never 100%!). Aspire E has an outdoor terrace with fantastic views of the apron and runway 28 departures.
