I recently booked two UA awards on AC metal. Even tho UA.com allowed to select my TK# at time of booking and shows my TK# currectly in MMB, AC.com only shows my UA#.
I msged AC Facebook team and asked them to change it, they told me they couldnt change it since it's an award ticket. I asked them to try the trick for AP ticket "first delete the existing FF number in the Ticketing and AP SAX screens and then add the desired number to the OAL FF info section", they told me they "cannot"...

I usually dont waste my UA miles on AC metal, so this came as a surprise...
Any ideas? Thanks.
