Update, Still don't know what the 12 pm means but I think its day before check in but I can tell you that this section of the BRG terms is loosely interpreted.

"Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the Guarantee."

As in they took it as we don't offer BRG on prices in another currency. But that's not what it says, it says solely attributed to difference in exchange rates.

"We are unable to price match rates which are quoted in a different currency. This is stated in the terms and conditions of our Best Rate Gauarantee." - Hotel e-mail quote.
