Maybe I've been unlucky, but in my last 4 calls to the Diamond-specific phone #, I have been dumped into the regular HH line and the call has been answered with a "Hilton Honors, how can I help?". This was a various times and days.... So has anyone actually managed to place a call and it be answered by a real live Diamond desk assistant? I think there has been another 'enhancement' that we have not been informed of....
I hope the Diamond Desk is still around. The last time I sent an email to the Diamond Desk, a regular agent replied.
