As far as the view itself, the river view is arguably the more interesting, as the view of the Park is partially blocked by the Trump building (a monstrosity which never should have been allowed to be built right on the edge of the Park).

, but just a point of information -- that building has been there for 50 years, and was an office tower for its first 25 or so. It's also probably less of a monstrosity than what stood where the M.O. is now too!
