I too am puzzled by actually never receiving a survey... almost 1,100 lifetime nights and I honestly don't remember receiving a single follow up.... given my aged brain cell I'm sure I must have received at least a couple.. but for sure none in the last 4 years. (Legacy Marriott too, fwiw)

And my feedback wouldn't be as positive as what I see on the review pages.... I frequently wonder if I was staying at the same place!
