EVA online booking no space between first and middle name
I went to purchase EVA tickets directly via EVA's website for the first time, and it appears that I am not allowed to add a space between my first and middle names (as the example it gives for the first name area says "First Name + Middle Name, e.g., JohnKevin". I've never encountered this requirement before. I went ahead and combined each passenger's first and middle names in that field, but I received an error message on the next page with a warning that the names don't match the frequent flyer account info; we are electing to earn UA miles, and I'm wondering if the lack of a space is the issue. Do folks here buy tickets directly via EVA and if so, am I entering the first and middle names correctly (combined with no space)? I'm wondering if I should book the tickets via a third party travel agency where I would be able to distinguish the first and middle names; I usually prefer booking directly with the airline.
