One really nice feature in the Air Canada app ...

When making a connection, their app now clearly tells you...
- if you have to pick up bags at your connection point
- if you have to clear Customs
- if you have to re-clear security

A really, really nice feature that takes away all of this guesswork!

(WestJet usually doesn’t even make this stuff clear even during arrival announcements on board. It’d make for a better customer experience if they could follow AC’s lead, and if they could clearly communicate what happens to connecting pax!)
