I am still trying to figure out what would be my best option. I called LifeMiles twice and both they said nothing can be done at this time. Maybe as terryK said, request a flight change to keep the first class directly in the airport within 24 hours of flight with asiana.
BTW all business class in the 777 they replace are full, sold-out in the asiana website, as well show in the expert flyer. maybe my chances get better due to overbooking?
