Parliament has quite some time ago enacted a host of EU rules into UK domestic law. Among them is EC 261/2004. Should the UK "crash" out of the EU in three days time, the UK enacted EC 261/2004 will remain on the books in perpetuity unless Parliament amends or repeals it.
